Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously optimize the analytics pipeline, covering intake, processing, and analysis of healthcare claims, eligibility files, reconciliation data, and other relevant datasets.

  • Oversee closure reconciliation processes including monthly cohort evaluations and performance reporting.
  • Ensure precise billing reconciliation by validating program activities, analyzed data, and client reports against invoiced figures.
  • Design and improve dashboards and funnel analytics to monitor progress from opportunity identification to physician engagement and posted outcomes.
  • Conduct practice-level performance analyses to spot trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement or additional support.
  • Develop scalable measurement procedures, documentation, and automated solutions jointly with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Act as a reliable source of analytical insights for internal leadership, clients, and operational decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

  • Substantial hands-on experience with healthcare claims data, including professional and institutional claim formats, diagnosis and procedure codes, member/provider identifiers, and eligibility data integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare quality reporting, Medicare Advantage (MA) data processes, risk adjustment principles, and familiarity with MAO-004, CDI reporting, encounter data, or comparable frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex data analysis independently utilizing SQL, Excel, pivot tables, and similar analytical tools to distill actionable business insights from vast datasets.
  • Strong analytical precision and commitment to data accuracy, especially where reporting influences financial, operational, or client outcomes.
  • A methodological, hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach capable of investigating issues, verifying results, and clearly communicating recommendations.
  • Understanding of value-based care models, care-gap economics, and the measurable clinical and financial impact of healthcare interventions.
  • Capability to work independently and effectively in a scaling environment with significant ownership and visibility.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling collaboration with technical teams, operational staff, and executives.
  • Openness to adopting AI-powered and modern technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Flexible paid time-off policies depending on employment classification.
  • Paid sick leave as required by state laws.
  • Twelve weeks of paid parental leave.
  • 12 company paid holidays plus additional wellness days.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions.
  • Annual stipend for professional development including courses and educational materials.
  • Annual wellness stipend supporting physical fitness, mental health, and other well-being activities.
  • Remote work flexibility and environment.
