Overview
A reputed multinational IT company based in Chennai is urgently seeking experienced in-house payroll professionals for various roles including Payroll Managers for USA, EMEA, and India/APAC regions, Senior Associate for India Payroll, Payroll & Taxation Specialist for India, and a Sales Incentive Analyst with expertise in India sales incentives.
Role Expectations
- Manage payroll processing and accounting for specified regions with precision.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and payroll taxation guidelines.
- Handle payroll accounting activities including General Ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end payroll closings effectively.
- Collaborate within large multinational organizational settings and adapt to dynamic workflows.
- For Sales Incentive Analyst, hands-on experience specifically in India sales incentives is necessary, with global sales incentives as a plus.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 to 15 years of solid experience in corporate payroll processing and payroll accounting applicable to the respective geographical area.
- Proven expertise in handling payroll operations in-house within well-established corporate setups.
- Sound knowledge of payroll laws, statutory compliance measures, and taxation specifics.
