  • Handle routine interactions with licensees, including the administrative follow-up needed to keep supervision activities moving smoothly.
  • Deliver supervision tasks accurately and on time, with a strong focus on spotting risks early and understanding licensee operations and compliance controls.
  • Carry out scheduled inspections and reviews of gaming venues and establishments to verify adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Use monitoring tools and established processes to follow operator and licensee activity, flag non-compliance, and recommend corrective or enforcement action where required.
  • Review data and key performance indicators to identify patterns, unusual activity, and threats to the integrity of the gaming industry.
  • Draft clear and timely reports, briefs, and supporting documentation for senior leadership, summarizing findings, observations, and recommended actions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure coordinated delivery of both internal processes and external-facing regulatory activities.
  • Liaise with external parties, including other regulatory bodies, when coordination is needed.

  • Support the creation and updating of gaming regulations, policies, and guidelines.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and encourage a collaborative approach to supervision work.

  • Familiarity with supervision models, risk-based approaches, and related methodologies.
  • Well-developed analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with varied stakeholders.
  • A university degree or relevant professional certification in regulatory compliance, supervision, or a related area.
