Key responsibilities
- Own and expand a portfolio of global multinational accounts, with responsibility for revenue growth and long-term client retention.
- Create and implement account plans designed to improve profitability and grow non-transactional revenue.
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with senior and executive-level contacts across complex global organizations.
- Use market and competitor insights to spot opportunities and reinforce the value proposition.
- Run executive business reviews, quarterly and annual client meetings, and strategic planning discussions.
- Identify additional revenue streams by understanding client business goals and unmet needs.
- Direct global account strategy across multiple regions while aligning regional teams around common objectives.
- Build pricing approaches and support ongoing P&L management to improve account performance.
- Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and RFP activity to secure long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery, client outcomes, and account growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in global account management, client success, or enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, multinational client portfolios.
- Strong consultative sales capability with a clear record of increasing revenue and profitability.
- Experience influencing C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers.
- Solid financial understanding, including P&L oversight and identification of profitability drivers.
- Excellent communication skills, including storytelling and executive-level presentations.
- Ability to build structured account plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Background working in matrixed, global, and cross-functional environments.
- Strong negotiation experience, including RFP handling and contract renewals.
- Comfort with business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally for executive reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
