Job description
About the Role
Mandai Wildlife Group manages Mandai Wildlife Reserve in Singapore, a one-of-a-kind destination that brings together wildlife, nature, and visitor experiences. The organisation is advancing a major rejuvenation plan for the reserve, which sits next to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve and will combine five wildlife parks with nature-led attractions, open green spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.
What You’ll Do
This role combines partnership marketing with attraction-focused marketing. You will shape joint marketing initiatives, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help deliver campaigns that support brand growth, attendance, and revenue objectives.
Partnership Marketing
- Create, refine, and oversee partnership plans that align the marketing priorities of Mandai Wildlife Reserve with the goals and roadmaps of strategic partners.
- Build and run joint marketing programmes with partners to support shared business growth.
- Drive the development of co-branded campaigns, digital assets, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Own campaign delivery from start to finish, including messaging, creative production, media coordination, and performance monitoring, while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
- Serve as the main marketing point of contact between internal functions such as sales, product, and communications, and the partner’s marketing teams.
- Develop trusted working relationships with partner stakeholders to maintain alignment and smooth collaboration.
- Track campaign outcomes against agreed KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular updates, reports, and actionable insights for both internal teams and partner contacts.
Attractions Marketing
- Design, plan, and execute integrated campaigns and projects that support brand, attendance, and revenue targets for Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
- Manage local destination marketing and seasonal campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels.
- Support or lead marketing workstreams such as planning, budgeting, approvals, schedule management, contingency preparation, analysis, and reporting to ensure strong campaign delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital and social, creative and design, and other internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns and projects.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, production vendors, and the internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign materials, and on-ground collaterals.
- Partner with the media agency to launch media campaigns and improve digital performance.
- Manage the marketing budget with a focus on improving return on investment.
- Handle special assignments and other related responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field, ideally within tourism or hospitality.
- Practical experience in branding, consumer marketing, partnership marketing, digital marketing, project management, and budget handling.
- Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort with change and the flexibility to adjust strategies and plans as market conditions or business needs evolve.
- Energetic self-starter with a positive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
- Analytical, outcome-focused, and highly organised.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
