Join the Games Infrastructure division focusing on Venues and Villages as the Manager for Major Stadia at Victoria Park Precinct. Play a key leadership role in delivering two critical Queensland infrastructure projects: the new Brisbane Stadium and National Aquatic Centre. Your role will involve strategic leadership, in-depth analysis, stakeholder coordination, and governance oversight to support Queensland's Brisbane 2032 infrastructure ambitions. Opportunity Overview

In this senior position within the Venues Program team, you will collaborate closely with the Games Independent Infrastructure Coordination Authority, Brisbane 2032 Organising Committee, Australian Government, and other pivotal delivery partners. Your mission is to harmonize infrastructure planning and execution at Victoria Park Precinct through governance, oversight, and strategic advisement, ensuring alignment with government priorities and milestone achievements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Advise strategically on government directives related to major stadia development within the precinct.
• Create and enforce assurance procedures for the design, procurement, and execution phases of Brisbane Stadium and National Aquatic Centre projects.
• Coordinate cross-agency governance frameworks, stakeholder engagements, and precinct master planning to ensure project alignment.
• Supervise project progress and milestone adherence to facilitate oversight and address risks accordingly.
• Forge and sustain networks with senior stakeholders across government tiers, industry groups, sporting bodies, and business associations.
• Serve as a divisional representative in departmental and interagency meetings, forums, and events.
• Compile detailed briefings, reports, submissions, presentations, and correspondence to aid executive and government decisions.
