Job description

About the Role

Adoreal is a fast-scaling vertical SaaS company focused on using innovation and disruptive technology to improve the consumer experience, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine. The organization is built around challenge, adaptability, and a strong drive to reshape the industry.

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will own the growth strategy for each practice in partnership with the Head of Marketing. This person will help shape the onboarding approach for new practices as well as the ongoing plan for existing accounts, including channel strategy, budget distribution, growth targets, and the order in which initiatives are launched.

This is a U.S. remote role, with Chicago, IL as the preferred location because the company expects its future headquarters to be there. Candidates must be based in the Chicago Metro area.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine playbooks across PPC, SEO, and email, including KPI definition and accountability for results.
  • Own senior-level client relationships and serve as a trusted partner to practice stakeholders.
  • Run strategic reviews, share performance updates, and manage escalations when issues arise.
  • Guide a team of managers, strategists, and specialists across the three channels, while coaching them, strengthening quality standards, and supporting future hiring as the business scales.
  • Set the benchmark for account-level and agency-level performance, including CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue, and retention.
  • Ensure that every deliverable under your oversight meets a standard you would confidently defend in a practice meeting.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally with a blend of agency and in-house exposure.
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or a related aesthetic field.
  • Hands-on experience across PPC, SEO, and email, including campaign creation, brief writing, tracking troubleshooting, and revenue-driving email execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, including conversion setup, attribution troubleshooting, and data-backed bid strategy decisions.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and protect team members from unnecessary churn.
  • Ability to confidently discuss plans and performance with senior leaders such as a Head of Marketing and with surgeons or practice owners.
  • Clear communicator who can explain results in plain language and align stakeholders on next steps.
  • Must be located in the Chicago Metro area.
  • Current and valid authorization to work in the country of application is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive advertising requirements and the editorial care needed for aesthetic and surgical content.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and clients.
  • Exposure to automation initiatives that help build tools or products for internal teams.

Success Measures at 12 Months

  • Lead quality and CAC improve across the portfolio, supported by a closed-loop connection between consult-booked and consult-converted data and bidding/targeting decisions.
  • Organic traffic and qualified search visibility increase for priority procedures across practices.
  • Email revenue contribution rises meaningfully, with healthier lists, tighter segmentation, and stronger automations.
  • New practice onboarding ramps faster and reaches performance benchmarks sooner because the strategy holds up in execution.
  • The team becomes stronger, with better processes, sharper output, and systems that remain stable even when someone is unavailable.

Benefits and Culture

Employees receive equity, aligning everyone with the company’s success. Growth and promotion opportunities are open-ended and are driven by performance and commitment to Adoreal’s operating principles.

  • Put the company’s interests ahead of individual ego and take pride in the work itself.
  • Share relevant information openly, admit mistakes, and approach problems with candor and solutions in mind.
  • Focus on solving the right problems and embrace change that reduces complexity and improves outcomes.
  • Prioritize efficient results and people over process, and concentrate on work that creates the greatest value.
  • Be quietly confident, openly humble, and relentlessly committed to high standards.
  • Treat teammates with respect at every level and avoid behavior that tears others down.
  • Stay committed to improving the company, colleagues, and yourself; the organization looks for people who live its principles and can eventually grow into bigger roles.
