Role Overview

The Manager, Group CEO Office will work closely with the Head of Group CEO’s Office, the Group CEO, and senior leadership to help drive group-wide strategy execution, cross-functional coordination, and management reporting. The role requires strong business judgment, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and the confidence to support high-priority projects and communications across the organization.

Strategy and Planning

  • Help coordinate the rollout of group strategies, policies, and initiatives approved by senior leadership.
  • Gather and consolidate inputs from business units and corporate functions to support planning and ensure alignment with group priorities.

Business Performance and Management

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, reduce costs, and create synergies across the group.
  • Monitor assigned initiatives and strategic programs, including progress tracking, issue escalation, and stakeholder follow-up.

Strategic Projects

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of important group-level projects, including complex and high-impact assignments.
  • Track milestones and deliverables, and help resolve blockers to keep projects on schedule.

Management Reporting

  • Develop management dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and supporting information for stakeholders, including shareholders, when needed.
  • Serve as a coordination contact for ad hoc information requests from shareholders and support the enhancement of business proposal papers for approval.

External Communications

  • Coordinate communication with Chinese counterparties and connect them with relevant internal teams and stakeholders as directed by leadership.

Additional Support

  • Provide English-Chinese translation and interpretation support for board papers, presentations, shareholder documents, and senior management meetings, including live interpretation when required.
  • Assist senior leadership and shareholders with logistics and arrangements for external meetings.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or a professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior exposure to investment banking or financial services is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the interpersonal ability to work across functions and business units.
  • Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Self-driven and proactive in approach.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis and core finance concepts.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership, and a results-focused mindset.

Eligibility

Suitable candidates are professionals with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a background in finance-related disciplines who can support strategic planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and bilingual communication in a financial services environment.
