Role Overview

The Manager – Education (UAEN) will lead education initiatives in line with the company’s strategic direction. This role is responsible for running environmental awareness efforts, encouraging positive behavioral change both within the organization and outside it, and strengthening the company’s educational outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and grow education programs and activities so they support the organization’s broader strategy and objectives.
  • Design and coordinate education initiatives with external partners covering environmental, community, and marketplace topics.
  • Build constructive working relationships with important private and government institutions.
  • Oversee engagement with schools, universities, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling learning content and support materials for programs and events.
  • Review ongoing initiatives regularly to ensure they remain current and effective.
  • Maintain and analyze records from education sessions to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Develop an internal awareness program to engage employees and other internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct organization-wide needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Represent the education function at environmental events and help promote its programs effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Education, or Environmental Sciences.
  • At least 8 years of experience in environmental best practices or a closely related area.
  • Proven background in delivering workshops and training sessions.
  • Previous experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
  • Strong analytical and research ability.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and business tools such as Microsoft Office, Google tools, and SAP.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

This role is based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The position is full-time and onsite. The employer is seeking a UAEN candidate for this opportunity.
