About the Role

This position is focused on building the commercial and financial backbone for major digital transformation programs. The role involves shaping the business logic behind large investments, defining how partnerships with global technology providers are structured, and ensuring the work supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 priorities, including Local Content (ICV) and national transformation objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming opportunities and assess whether they fit the Mega department’s strategy and investment standards.
• Work with stakeholders to determine the overall structure of deals at a strategic level.
• Prepare early-stage business cases that describe value creation, cost implications, risk exposure, and strategic upside.
• Translate technical and operational inputs into business-ready narratives that support executive decision-making.
• Protect sensitive commercial, pricing, and project-related information through strict confidentiality practices.

Requirements

• 12 to 15+ years of experience in digital transformation solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams made up of different disciplines.
• Strong background in a mega-project environment.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and balance speed with governance and compliance needs.
