Its investments target rapidly expanding sectors such as the Digital Economy, Green and Bio-Economy, Next-Gen Hardware, Healthcare, and select other industry clusters.

Role Overview

The Corporate and Strategic Planning (CSP) team provides integral support to SG Growth Capital’s senior leadership in advancing strategic objectives, harmonizing organizational plans, monitoring performance, and managing essential planning and reporting activities.

The Manager will be responsible for delivering planning, coordination, analytical, and operational assistance across CSP’s key functions, including corporate planning, management reporting, fund-level tracking, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate mid-year and annual strategic review and workplan sessions by coordinating inputs, tracking progress, following up on pending matters, and preparing necessary documents.
  • Assist in establishing annual corporate goals and cascading team targets; consolidate and track team workplans, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and monitor progress and follow-ups.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and action trackers to ensure effective coordination.
  • Manage logistical arrangements, polling, and administrative support for CSP-led meetings and engagements.
  • Support preparation of reports concerning fund performance, investment activities, strategic initiatives, and corporate deliverables for senior management and Board review.
  • Coordinate Investment Oversight Committee meetings including scheduling, logistics, and documentation management.
  • Maintain and update reporting and planning templates; aggregate inputs from internal teams and ensure data accuracy and consistency through first-level validation.
  • Maintain trackers for corporate goals, fund Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developmental benchmarks, and key initiatives; monitor progress and highlight any performance issues.
  • Assist with data collection, validation, and organization for portfolio and corporate reports.
  • Develop basic analyses, charts, and dashboards to support management reporting and strategic discussions.
  • Provide junior-level support for CSP-led strategic projects, including fund strategy development and management dashboard maintenance.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data synthesis on fund strategy, investment trends, sector priorities, and developmental outcomes.
  • Prepare working papers, discussion documents, and project trackers; facilitate coordination and follow-ups across teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with data visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination capabilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Desired Attributes

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and dependability.
  • Comfortable handling coordination, tracking, data management, and analytical assignments.
  • Proactive in follow-ups and ensuring workstreams remain on schedule.
  • Adept at collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Positive team player with a keen eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Prudent in managing sensitive management information.
