Job summary
Klook is looking for a strategic and execution-focused manager to lead business strategy and operations for Google channels. The role centers on using both paid and organic Google surfaces to increase traffic, improve marketing outcomes, and support operational efficiency for Klook’s travel products.
The right candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable working across functions, and experienced in Google marketing ecosystems. This position calls for someone who can connect channel strategy with business goals and turn data into practical growth actions.
What you will do
- Build and roll out channel strategies using Google paid media such as Google Ads and Things To Do Ads, along with organic growth through SEO, to drive demand for Klook’s travel offerings.
- Track performance indicators including acquisition cost, conversion rate, return on investment, and organic traffic growth, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Looker to guide decision-making.
- Improve marketing operations by setting up better workflows, tools, and processes that strengthen efficiency, team coordination, and scalability across Google-related initiatives.
- Work closely with Vertical Planning, Product, Data, and Regional Marketing teams to keep channel plans aligned with wider business priorities and consistent across customer touchpoints.
- Study competitors and market conditions to spot trends and opportunities, then convert those findings into actionable marketing plans.
- Lead test-and-learn initiatives that uncover new growth avenues and help maintain a competitive advantage.
- Share performance updates, strategic recommendations, and return-on-investment analysis with leadership in a clear, business-focused way.
What you need
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or other advanced qualification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, and/or project management.
- At least 3 years of digital marketing experience centered on Google channels such as Google Ads, SEO, and YouTube in a B2C environment; experience in travel, e-commerce, or technology is an advantage.
- Strong analytical ability, with hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Search Console, and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience handling P&Ls and/or marketing budgets, with the ability to optimize spend for stronger ROI.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage several priorities and lead cross-functional work.
- Strong communication and presentation capability, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex strategies clearly.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are highly desirable.
What you'll get
- The chance to contribute to a fast-growing travel platform that is helping shape the future of travel experiences.
- Exposure to high-impact marketing strategy work in a fast-moving and competitive sector.
- A collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-oriented workplace.
- A competitive compensation package, with example benefits noted by the employer including health insurance, stock options, and flexible work arrangements.
