Role Overview

As a Manager at the CEO’s office, you will drive key strategic priorities, manage critical projects end-to-end, and actively contribute to corporate growth via mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and other inorganic opportunities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a pivotal strategic connector with C-suite executives and global institutional investors, shaping BharatPe's financial narrative and investor relations while aligning internal business efforts with external communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of equity fundraisings including investor pipeline management and diligence coordination with multi-billion-dollar global funds.
  • Identify and cultivate internal and external investor relationships to expand BharatPe’s network in preparing forthcoming funding rounds.
  • Develop and refine the company’s investor pitch deck and manage corporate data rooms to ensure investor readiness.
  • Represent BharatPe at international forums, effectively communicating business models, strategies, competitive advantages, and long-term visions.
  • Manage ongoing investor relations via monthly updates, quarterly board presentations, and annual investor meetings.
  • Advise leadership on valuation factors, market perceptions, investor feedback, and analyst sentiments.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Secretarial teams to ensure seamless and compliant market-sensitive disclosures.
  • Lead special projects and evaluate inorganic growth via M&A aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate and drive strategic meetings and business management team sessions to align senior leadership goals.
  • Prepare corporate communications and presentations for company-wide internal alignment events including townhalls.

Expected Impact

  • Shape a compelling equity narrative demonstrating sustainable growth to the global investor community.
  • Construct and lead a strategic investor relations pathway securing lasting trust from capital partners.
  • Bridge expectations from the boardroom to organizational execution, ensuring senior leadership cohesion toward unified objectives.

Challenges

  • Adapt fluidly across varying high-priority tasks, demonstrating versatility.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders towards corporate goals without direct authority.
  • Handle sensitive market information and direct interactions with C-suite executives and institutional investors confidently under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from a premier academic institution.
  • Undergraduate level: 3 to 5 years relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, or management consulting within a high-growth or financial services setting.
  • Post-Graduate/MBA level: 1 to 2 years of experience in similar contexts.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication aptitude capable of translating complex financial data into persuasive narratives for investors.
  • Meticulous project management skills with a talent for steering complex initiatives under tight deadlines.
  • Strong financial acumen including capital markets, valuation methodologies, and analytical skills applicable to M&A evaluation.
  • High degree of discretion and maturity to interact with the CEO handling confidential and market-sensitive content.
  • Polished diplomatic presence to articulate strategies effectively across executive stakeholders and global investors.
