Role Overview
This role is ideal for a skilled storyteller and strategic content marketer experienced in crafting compelling brand narratives across diverse formats such as video, social media, newsletters, founder stories, webinars, live events, and web content. The Manager, Brand Content Marketing will oversee the creation, production, and distribution of high-quality content aligned with the Foundation's mission, focusing on digital channels and audience engagement strategies.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the editorial calendar covering email campaigns, social media, website updates, webinars, and live events to ensure content aligns with organizational goals, program launches, and audience needs.
- Hands-on production of dynamic content, including social media series, short-form videos, newsletters, founder stories, event promotions, and copy refinement.
- Support the planning and execution of webinars and virtual programs by coordinating timely topics, selecting speakers, refining presentations, and generating follow-up content to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, experience teams, external partners, subject experts, and entrepreneurs to source ideas, shape impactful stories, and deliver high-value content.
- Maintain consistent Foundation voice across all communications including registration pages, newsletters, social captions, event copy, campaigns, and videos.
- Leverage audience data and channel analytics to assess content effectiveness, implement improvements, and recommend strategies for growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years’ experience in content marketing, brand content development, social media, editorial work, communications, or digital marketing.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills capable of simplifying complex ideas into engaging and accessible content.
- Proven ability to manage content across multiple platforms including websites, email, social media, video, webinars, and events.
- Track record of delivering content that enhances brand visibility, engagement, and marketing objectives.
- Experience creating briefs and collaborating effectively with video production, graphic design, and media teams.
- Strong knowledge of channel-specific strategies such as social-first storytelling, email marketing segmentation, newsletter creation, and content performance optimization.
- Skilled in developing webinar, event, newsletter, founder story, thought leadership, and branded content.
- Capacity to translate strategic priorities into clear content plans and high-quality campaign materials.
- Familiarity with web content management and user experience best practices.
- Excellent project management capabilities to juggle timelines, approvals, creative inputs, and production details.
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, programming, partnerships, creative teams, and senior leadership.
- Proficient in using data analysis and performance metrics to enhance content strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated with sharp attention to detail, urgency, consistency, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience with Google Workspace, project management tools (Monday.com or similar), email marketing platforms, CMS, webinar software, and social media publishing tools is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
