About the Role
We are expanding our Talent Acquisition department and seeking dynamic recruiters experienced in managing high-volume recruitment for non-technical roles such as sales, marketing, and corporate functions. This position requires an energetic individual who excels at multitasking and is driven to build a successful career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and screen candidates to fill open job positions effectively.
- Create and implement strategic plans for attracting and acquiring quality talent.
- Innovate recruitment approaches by exploring new channels and methods to find potential candidates in the market.
- Inspire and motivate the recruiting team to be consistently candidate-focused and maintain a positive hiring experience.
- Stay updated on current hiring trends and align recruitment strategies accordingly to remain competitive in the market.
- Ensure all job descriptions published externally are accurate, detailed, and of high quality.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics regularly on a weekly and monthly basis to track progress and improvements.
- Organize and execute hiring drives as needed to fulfill staffing goals.
- Effectively juggle multiple concurrent recruitment projects and processes, setting priorities to meet deadlines reliably.

Educational Qualification
A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
