Role Overview
KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is hiring a Manager for its Accounts & Finance function at the Corporate Office in Edappally, Kochi. The company is a growing NBFC and offers the chance to build a career in a structured, performance-focused finance environment.

Qualification
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Should have a solid academic foundation in accounting, finance, taxation, and allied subjects.
Experience
- Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in NBFCs, banking, or financial services will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure financial entries are accurate and complete.
- Prepare and examine financial statements, management information reports, and month-end closing work.
- Take care of statutory compliance tasks such as GST, TDS, income tax, and related filings.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning efforts.
- Track payables and receivables, perform reconciliations, and review ledger balances.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors throughout the audit cycle.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights that help management make decisions.
- Ensure work is aligned with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
- Mentor and supervise junior members of the accounting team.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and statutory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on ability with accounting applications and Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical thinking, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working to deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills.
