Role Overview
Elite Corporate Solutions is seeking a Management Trainee in Sales & Marketing based in Hubli, Karnataka. This role focuses on supporting sales and marketing operations with data analysis, reporting, and campaign execution to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data provided by the Team Leader to ensure accurate tracking.
- Monitor and evaluate both individual and team sales performance compared to targets.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate precise reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for review meetings.
- Recognize patterns in sales trends and customer behaviors to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales team members to update data timely and maintain accuracy.
- Support activities such as lead generation, client communications, and conversion processes.
- Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, including promotions and outreach efforts aligned with company goals.
- Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed within set timelines and meet organizational objectives.
