About the Role
Join a technology leader with over 42 years in delivering software solutions and specialized professional services focusing on SAP systems globally. The position involves consulting and management responsibilities within the PRISM Global Service Line, which utilizes proprietary software and templated methods to offer innovative project-based solutions primarily in SAP data transformation and system landscape optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultancy for SAP transformation projects utilizing proprietary software.
- Communicate effectively about the SAP data model and its implementation.
- Coordinate with resourcing and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead operational delivery, resolve escalations, and contribute to business development as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least five years of SAP experience and six years in the IT industry.
- Ability to travel long distances when necessary to support business needs.
- Strong time management and communication proficiency, capable of liaising with senior client and partner personnel.
- Experienced in a minimum of four full SAP project lifecycles, with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated confidence in delivering new or existing solutions using consulting expertise.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in two languages, including English and a local market language.
- Knowledge across three SAP technical or functional domains.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages and database administration; familiarity with ABAP (reading and debugging).
- Background in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and SAP migration projects, especially to S/4HANA, HCM, or Analytics platforms.
- Expertise in SAP functional data model, test data, and migration tools like SAP LT, LTMC, TDMS, and LSMW.
- Strong understanding of SAP landscape management components such as the workbench, transport system, client structure, and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of SAP archiving and information lifecycle management.
- Experience in presales, solution design, pricing strategies, and responding to RFQs/RFPs.
