Role Overview

The Male Salon Professional will be responsible for delivering grooming and personal care services including haircuts, hairstyling, shaving, beard grooming, facials, and basic skin and hair treatments. Daily duties include greeting clients, understanding their grooming needs, suggesting appropriate services or products, and ensuring the salon is clean, hygienic, and orderly at all times. Maintaining service quality in line with company protocols, observing safety measures, managing appointment bookings, and professionally addressing customer feedback are also key to this role. This position is full-time and on-site in Lucknow, requiring frequent client interaction and cooperation with the salon team.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proficient technical expertise in haircutting, hairstyling, beard grooming, shaving, and basic facial and skincare treatments.
• Strong customer service and client interaction abilities, including attentive listening, effective communication, and a courteous, professional attitude.
• Awareness of hygiene and safety practices such as proper sanitization, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health regulations.
• Good time management and organizational skills to handle appointments efficiently and maintain workflow during busy periods.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lucknow and collaborate well within a team environment.
• Relevant certifications or training in hairdressing, cosmetology, or related salon services are favored; previous salon or grooming work experience is beneficial.
• Basic proficiency in local languages and Hindi for client communication.
