Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift (12 Hour) - $31-$37/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential

Shift and Compensation

The role is for the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, Wednesday to Friday, including every other Saturday. The starting wage ranges between $31 and $37 per hour depending on experience, plus an additional $1 per hour shift differential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a diverse set of plant and production equipment, including advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, ventilation, and robotic systems.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment proactively to detect potential issues before failures happen.
• Interpret technical schematics, drawings, and manuals for accurate repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to facilitate equipment upgrades and enhance processes.
• Document maintenance activities thoroughly in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), including repairs performed, parts utilized, and hours spent.
• Support installation and commissioning of new manufacturing machinery.
• Perform basic welding repairs and light metal fabrication to aid maintenance operations, considered a beneficial skill.
• Carry out other duties assigned by Maintenance Manager or Team Leader.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical certifications or an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing maintenance or similar roles is advantageous.
