Burman Hospitality Private Limited (BHPL) is the exclusive Master Franchisee for the Taco Bell quick service restaurant chain in India. Operating over 135 restaurants across 28+ cities, BHPL partners with Yum! to strategize and drive Taco Bell’s growth and expansion throughout India.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Execute electrical, mechanical, preventive, machine, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Carry out routine inspections and troubleshoot to detect and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to address technical challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Keep detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, maintenance schedules, and manage inventory documentation.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
