Job description
Job Overview
This role focuses on keeping restaurant facilities and equipment in reliable working condition. The maintenance staff member will handle routine repairs, respond to operational issues, and support the setup of new equipment so the outlets can run safely and without interruption.
Key Duties
- Carry out regular maintenance and repair work across the restaurant system.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and restaurant equipment.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure all systems operate safely, continuously, and in line with required standards.
Requirements
- Graduated from a technical college, college, or university in electrical studies or a related field.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, water/plumbing, refrigeration/air-conditioning, and fire protection basics.
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to travel when assigned.
- Comfortable working in shifts.
- Able to respond to issues quickly and effectively.
Shift Details
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Shift 2: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, though Shift 1 will usually be more common.
