Job description
About the role
This position is responsible for keeping restaurant facilities and equipment in good working condition across the chain.
Key duties
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs for restaurant systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and restaurant machinery.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure all systems operate safely, continuously, and in line with required standards.
Requirements
- Graduated from a secondary, college, or university program related to electrical work or a similar field.
- Has solid knowledge of electrical systems, water supply, refrigeration/air conditioning, and fire safety systems.
- Works diligently, takes responsibility, and is willing to travel when assigned.
- Able to work shifts, including 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with the first shift being more common.
- Quick at handling issues and making practical decisions on the spot.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers a stable income together with piece-rate/contract-based pay. Training is provided to help improve technical skills, and statutory social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance are fully covered as required by law.
