Role Overview
This full-time position is based in Carseldine, Queensland, focusing on ensuring the residential facility is safe, well-maintained, and functioning efficiently. Responsibilities include performing both preventative and corrective maintenance, managing work orders and contractors, and maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Candidate Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance or in a similar capacity.
- A trade qualification related to building or maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong practical abilities across various building and repair tasks.
- Competency in managing work orders and prioritizing tasks effectively with responsiveness to issues.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and safe work practices.
- Excellent communication skills accompanied by a customer-centered mindset.
- Capability to work autonomously and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
