About the Company

The company is currently recruiting apprentices for their plant located in Chakan, Pune. This opportunity is ideal for freshers eager to begin their career in automotive manufacturing.
Available Positions and Eligibility
- Open roles include apprenticeships for 10th/12th pass, ITI (all trades), Diploma holders (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Mechatronics, and related branches), Any Graduates, and BE/B.Tech graduates in related fields.
Salary Details
- 10th / 12th / ITI apprentices receive ₹19,000 per month.
- Diploma apprentices are paid ₹22,000 per month.
- Any Graduate apprentices earn ₹22,500 per month.
- BE/B.Tech apprentices are offered ₹23,000 per month.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Operating machinery in production and assembly lines.
- Assembling automotive components ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Carrying out quality inspections and process verifications.
- Meeting production targets and strictly following standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining safety standards and 5S workplace practices.
- Supporting manufacturing and production functions effectively.
- Reporting any machine malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Ensuring adequate documentation and smooth shift handovers.
Additional Information
- Work schedule includes 8-hour shifts across 26 working days monthly.
- Facilities such as bus transportation and canteen are available on-site.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible; however, male applicants are preferred.
- Good communication skills and a readiness to work in shifts are desired.
- Immediate joining candidates will be given preference.
