Job description
Role overview
Interpath is a rapidly expanding international advisory firm with specialist strengths across deals, advisory, and restructuring. The business supports global organisations, investors, and other stakeholders when they face complex challenges and important decisions. Known for being independent, agile, and free from conflicts, the firm emphasizes doing the right thing in every engagement.
Founded in 2021, Interpath has scaled quickly and now operates across the UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, BVI, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Barbados, and Hong Kong. The long-term ambition is to become one of the world’s top advisory firms with a genuinely international reach by 2030.
This position gives you the chance to work on prominent mid-market transactions across multiple sectors. You will advise business owners, corporate leaders, and private equity investors, building exposure to complex negotiations, financial evaluation, and work that directly influences client outcomes and the firm’s growth.
What you will do
- Lead the delivery of M&A assignments, keeping transactions on track and maintaining a strong client experience.
- Build detailed financial analyses and models to inform transaction decisions.
- Create polished presentations and transaction marketing materials that clearly communicate strategy and opportunity.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the deal process and help strengthen relationships for future work.
- Support business development by spotting new prospects and opportunities within target sectors.
- Guide and coach junior colleagues, encouraging ongoing learning and career growth.
- Monitor sector developments and market movements so advice remains current and relevant.
Candidate profile
We are looking for someone with a solid background in M&A advisory, investment banking, or a similar field, typically gained over around 3 to 5 years. Prior experience taking transactions from initial stage through to completion is important.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent are preferred. Strong financial modelling and analytical ability is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the confidence to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The right person will be proactive, comfortable working in a fast-moving collaborative environment, and experienced in supporting junior staff or leading project teams.
Benefits and additional information
Interpath offers employees a competitive and well-rounded rewards package, including attractive pay and a mix of core and optional benefits.
Third-party recruiter notice
Interpath does not accept resumes sent in by external recruiters unless there is prior agreement. Any agency, individual, or organisation that submits an unsolicited resume acknowledges that the company may hire the candidate directly at its discretion without owing any fee to the submitting party.
