Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated Loss Prevention Officers to join our TK Maxx store in Cork, working full-time shifts spanning Monday to Sunday. The role focuses on ensuring the safety of our customers, staff, and merchandise by providing a visible and approachable presence on the sales floor and entrances.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a welcoming and friendly presence at store entrances, supporting positive customer experiences.
- Prevent loss by deterring theft and maintaining product security throughout the store.
- Collaborate closely with store teams to uphold overall store security.
- Handle conflict situations effectively while maintaining professionalism and calm under pressure.
- Serve as an ambassador for loss prevention and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates may have experience in customer-facing roles within retail or security environments, though this is not mandatory. Essential attributes include self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
