About the Role
At FlixTrain, as a train driver, you ensure the secure and timely operation of passenger trains departing from Frankfurt and may support additional routes as needed. Your role is critical for maintaining smooth travel operations and delivering a dependable experience for our passengers.

Responsibilities
- Operate passenger trains independently, consistently adhering to regulations and safety standards.
- Manage trains from Frankfurt across the nationwide FlixTrain network.
- Maintain reliable communications with control centers, colleagues, and passengers.
- Ensure punctual, efficient, and cost-effective train operations.
- Perform preparatory and closing tasks to guarantee operational readiness of trains.
- Support operations during weekends and public holidays within flexible duty rosters.
- Contribute positively to professional communication with passengers throughout the journey.
Requirements
- Completed training as a locomotive driver (TfV Class A + B1 or VDV 753 Class 3).
- Preferably several years of experience in railway operations, especially in passenger transport.
- Knowledge of routes starting from Frankfurt is an advantage.
- Strong safety awareness and high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and teamwork capability.
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Motivation to contribute to a sustainable transformation in mobility.
