Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team on a contractual basis, working remotely. This role involves detailed analysis and review of logistics documentation, with an emphasis on accuracy, authenticity, and adherence to industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Examine logistics documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers to ensure their correctness and compliance.
• Create annotated sample documents that demonstrate best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Assess and recommend enhancements to existing supply chain procedures based on practical experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on documentation structure and process efficiency.
• Work alongside project teams to clarify logistical requirements and effectively communicate complex concepts.
• Engage in quality assurance by verifying the suitability and accuracy of supply chain datasets.
• Assist in the development of educational materials that reflect industry standards and address specific supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of practical experience in logistics and supply chain management, with particular expertise in handling packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, documentation requirements, and global supply chain operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of explaining technical logistics concepts clearly.
• High level of detail orientation when reviewing and producing supply chain documentation.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities and experience in identifying process improvements within logistics.
• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while delivering high-quality and timely output.
