Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary

The role of Logistics Supervisor is based at our Manikonda office in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This position involves overseeing and managing delivery operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring efficient shipment handling according to company protocols.

Working Conditions

• Office hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Interview availability is Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• A valid driving license and bike ownership are mandatory requirements.

Candidate Profile & Experience

• Experience in logistics supervisory roles or roll operations is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Preference is given to candidates from Andhra Pradesh.
• Applicants must be Telugu-speaking and non-Muslim.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee daily delivery operations at the designated location.
• Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure attendance and performance.
• Manage shipments including PDA allocation, outscan, inscan, and pending shipments.
• Ensure shipment delivery aligns with required schedules.
• Track productivity and delivery metrics daily.
• Collaborate with vendors, supervisors, and management regarding manpower and operational challenges.
• Maintain daily reporting such as fuel logs, attendance records, and shipment status.
• Address absenteeism and manpower shortages promptly.
• Enforce adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Resolve routine operational issues and escalate significant problems to management when necessary.
• Uphold discipline to guarantee smooth site operations.

Salary & Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000 based on the applicant's experience.
