Role Description
We seek a full-time Logistics Specialist based in Frankfurt (Eschborner Landstraße region) to join our team immediately. This role centers on managing warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations and accurate inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving goods including acceptance, storage, and warehousing processes
- Inspecting inbound goods and managing abnormal receipt situations
- Overseeing shipping operations: order picking, sorting, inspection, and packaging
- Handling shipping documentation and administrative tasks
- Resolving issues related to deliveries that deviate from expectations
- Conducting regular stocktaking and investigating any inventory discrepancies
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout logistics processes
- Collaborating cross-functionally on quality concerns, returns management, and addressing customer feedback
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to promote an efficient and safe work environment
- Performing additional tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed vocational training preferably in warehouse logistics or comparable experience
- Minimum two years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Experience with operating forklifts, pallet trucks, or similar warehouse equipment is preferred
- Fluent German communication skills (written and oral); English language skills are advantageous
- Proficiency with computers, ideally with knowledge of SAP Business One and MS Office
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
- Physically fit with stamina to perform warehouse tasks
