Role Overview

The position of Logistic Service Coordinator for Airfreight Export, based in Frankfurt, entails managing air cargo shipments with legal compliance, handling customs clearance via Atlas/AES, and providing personalized customer support while coordinating with international offices and agents. Key responsibilities include preparing quotes and invoices, monitoring and refining workflows, managing complaints, and consistently meeting critical deadlines.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in airfreight operations.
  • Completed commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven expertise in managing airfreight export shipments.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Demonstrate agility in adapting quickly to evolving policies and procedures.
