About the role
EOS, a global leader in industrial 3D printing, is hiring a specialist to support Operations in Singapore. The role blends IT support, logistics coordination, and facilities oversight, helping keep day-to-day business activities running smoothly in a reliable and secure environment.

What you will do
- Assist with routine IT operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding support.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user technical issues quickly and with a service-first approach.
- Track and manage IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related accessories.
- Act as the local contact for headquarters or regional IT programs, deployments, and system updates.
- Keep local IT asset records current and support procurement, software license tracking, and vendor coordination when needed.
- Provide first-line logistics assistance for shipment preparation, coordination with third-party forwarders, and handling inbound/outbound goods.
- Serve as the local logistics specialist for incoming and outgoing materials as well as forwarder arrangements.
- Oversee service tools in the Singapore office, including status tracking, calibration due dates, and movement of tools between Singapore and HQ.
- Prepare paperwork for materials and tools moving in or out, and support the Service & Spares administration team with logistics tasks.
- Handle facilities support to maintain a dependable, safe, and efficient office environment, including peripherals linked to air compressors.
- Plan and update maintenance, repair, and inspection calendars for office and TC facilities.
- Ensure vendor records and licenses remain current.
- Support statutory or landlord license renewals, related applications, and inspection activities.
- Assist with quotation handling, purchase order issuance, and follow-up on ordering matters.
What the company is looking for
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid corporate IT support experience, including device setup and user support, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce is considered an advantage.
- Background in logistics coordination, especially working with third-party forwarders and managing shipments.
- Additional value will be given to candidates familiar with office facilities management, fire and safety practices, compressed air equipment maintenance, and licensing obligations.
- Strong analytical ability with careful attention to detail.
- Good communication and people skills for teamwork across functions and for training users.
