About the Role
The Logistics Executive for Al-Futtaim Watches & Jewellery supports both logistics and finance functions for assigned brands. The position covers a broad mix of administrative, office, and coordination work to keep supply chain, stock movement, and payment workflows running smoothly.
This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, warehouses, vendors, banks, clearing agents, 3PL partners, and brand stakeholders to manage inbound and outbound movements, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with payment-related processes.

Inbound Logistics
- Carry out inbound transactions in SAP Material Management, including vendor, MC, and brand creation in coordination with EIT Finance and the brand team.
- Work with the warehouse, suppliers, insurance teams, 3PL clearing agents, and brand stakeholders to manage the complete inbound chain, from shipment handover through warehouse receipt and documentation.
- Handle monthly bank guarantee, LC, and DP processing with brand managers and support order study approvals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and clearing agents to release consigned shipments and complete payment clearance through LIV.
- Submit the required paperwork to SSF/Finance so advance payments backed by bank guarantees can be cleared.
- Track monthly import plans with vendors and maintain import reports for the finance team.
Outbound Logistics
- Process sales orders in SAP based on available stock allocation and prepare proforma invoices.
- Share missing pricing information with the brand team for updates.
- Execute delivery processing in SAP for picking, packing, and invoicing steps.
- Arrange outbound shipments through 3PL by preparing documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipment attestations for country-specific requirements.
Payments
- Start the weekly payment workflow for 3PL-related invoices covering freight, courier, customs, and similar charges.
- Maintain a monitoring database for payment tracking and analysis.
Inventory Control
- Match overseas operations stock reports with SAP inventory records every two weeks.
- Work with warehouse, sourcing, and finance teams to resolve stock variances and improve reconciliation accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in administration and sales coordination.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and general computer tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and detailed report review.
