Job description
Role overview
This position sits within the retail and wholesale logistics function and reports to the Logistics Analyst/Manager. The role focuses on supporting omnichannel inventory movement, order processing, shipment coordination, and related documentation to help ensure products are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Handle seasonal returns across multiple omnichannel channels.
- Coordinate transfers from e-commerce operations to physical retail stores and process those movements.
- Manage requests for bulk stock and on-hand inventory across omnichannel workflows.
- Build tailored pick tickets based on business priorities and fulfillment needs.
- Process customer orders and repeat orders, prepare allocations and pick tickets, and track order status to support timely delivery.
- Carry out EDI-related tasks, including PO splits and supporting functions tied to UPC creation for new-season products, NRF color code setup, and size maintenance.
- Prepare shipping paperwork such as pick tickets, bulk quantity splits for pick ticket generation, invoices, and other documents needed for daily 3PL warehouse shipments.
- Take part in cross-training and provide support to different departmental activities, particularly during high-volume seasons.
Experience and qualifications
The employer is looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of logistics experience in the fashion sector. The ideal candidate should be able to adjust to changing priorities and multiple demands, bring strong analytical ability, maintain a high level of accuracy, work to deadlines, and use Microsoft Office tools confidently. Clear written and verbal communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach are also important.
