Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at AixTEC Components GmbH in Stolberg, Germany. In this full-time onsite position, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the entire logistics process to ensure seamless material flow and timely delivery of orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, record deliveries accurately, and maintain smooth material movement.
• Manage inventory by picking and organizing orders, handling warehousing, and keeping comprehensive oversight of stock.
• Coordinate shipping procedures by documenting outbound shipments and preparing packages for both domestic and international transport.
• Control logistic schedules by setting priorities and ensuring deliveries reach the correct locations on time.
• Prepare customs and export documentation and oversee the coordination of international shipments.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or an experienced professional from a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills combined with a structured approach and a practical mindset.
• Proactive work attitude, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Enjoys collaborating within a team to find solutions and efficiently coordinate processes.
• Proficient German language skills at C1 level and good command of English at B1 level, both written and spoken.
