- Oversee fleet activity, including vehicle assignment, maintenance planning, fuel usage, and driver performance where relevant.
- Review supplier and vendor performance regularly and drive improvements where gaps are found.
- Spot logistical risks and prepare backup plans to avoid delays to project execution.
- Handle customs clearance coordination and the related paperwork for imported construction materials, machinery, and equipment.

- Support the setup and ongoing use of WMS, TMS, and ERP logistics modules.
- Study logistics data and produce recurring reports covering operational results, costs, inventory, and transport efficiency.
- Promote continuous improvement using Lean principles or similar process-improvement methods.
- Ensure last-mile deliveries are planned and executed effectively, including to remote or difficult-to-reach project locations.
- Respond to urgent logistics needs and fast-track critical shipments to prevent schedule slippage.
- Lead, coach, and develop logistics, warehouse, and transport teams while maintaining strong performance and compliance.
- Carry out routine audits of warehouses, transport activities, and logistics records to maintain operational standards.
- Work with HSE teams to make sure loading, unloading, lifting, transport, and storage are carried out safely.
- Support project mobilization and demobilization by coordinating the movement of people, equipment, and temporary facilities.
Experience and Qualification
- Applicants should have 12 to 15 years of logistics experience, ideally in contracting or construction environments.
