Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. The role involves detailed review and analysis of critical logistics documents, providing expert feedback, and enhancing supply chain workflows to promote efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess logistics paperwork including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, correctness, and adherence to industry practices.
• Create annotated sample documents that demonstrate best practices in logistics and supply chain processes.
• Analyze current supply chain workflows and recommend actionable improvements based on practical experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios focusing on document structure and process enhancements.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify needs and communicate complex logistics ideas clearly.
• Support quality assurance activities by verifying the accuracy and relevance of supply chain data sets.
• Assist in developing training content and resources that reflect industry standards and address specific supply chain challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of practical experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Thorough knowledge of logistics procedures, documentations, and global supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills capable of simplifying technical concepts.
• Highly detail-oriented with sharp analytical skills for spotting opportunities to improve logistics processes.
• A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields is advantageous.
