Logistics and Supply Chain Management Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking an expert in logistics and supply chain management to join our team remotely on a contract basis. The role requires reviewing and analyzing essential logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers to ensure authenticity and industry compliance.

Key Duties

• Critically examine logistic documents for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Create annotated samples showcasing best practices in supply chain documentation.
• Assess and propose enhancements for existing supply chain processes using practical experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on document layouts and workflow efficiencies within logistics scenarios.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to clarify needs and articulate complex logistics topics effectively.
• Engage in quality assurance by verifying the accuracy and relevance of supply chain datasets.
• Support the development of training materials that reflect industry norms and specific logistical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of three years' professional experience in logistics and supply chain management with familiarity in handling packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong understanding of global logistics workflows and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for explaining technical concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail when preparing and reviewing logistical documentation.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities to identify and suggest improvements in logistic operations.
• Advanced academic qualifications such as a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related field are considered advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining consistent and quality output.
