Role Overview

This position is accountable for overseeing a range of logistics and facilities activities, ensuring seamless operations in areas such as inventory oversight, facility upkeep, and strict adherence to compliance requirements. The individual is tasked with guaranteeing uninterrupted service, optimizing costs, and ensuring operations are aligned with organizational standards and safety protocols.

Main Duties

• Oversee daily tasks involving the movement, transport, and record-keeping of materials and goods.
• Play a supportive role in keeping facilities in top condition, including raising requests for upgrades or repairs as needed.
• Supervise inventory quantities across all sites, highlighting areas where stock management can be enhanced.
• Enforce safety guidelines and maintain operational best practices in all logistics functions.
• Follow up on all logistics activities to confirm punctual delivery of services to internal departments.
• Contribute to the evaluation of service performance, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary.
• Uphold accurate documentation and reporting for both logistics and facility-related procedures to stay in compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to make certain all facility operations are executed as per expectations and agreements.
• Proactively identify and communicate risks tied to facility safety, security, or operating efficiency to management.
• Aid in coordinating the flow of materials based on consumption analysis and project scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline is required.

Experience Required

• Applicants should have three to six years of practical experience or demonstrate equivalent expertise in this domain.
