About the Role

Corlann is seeking Locum Relief Support Workers to join their South Tipperary Services, covering locations such as Clonmel, Cashel, Cahir, Tipperary Town, and Carrick-on-Suir. This opportunity is ideal for students currently pursuing relevant healthcare qualifications—including Social Care, Nursing, or comparable third-level educational programs—who are in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year. The temporary contract spans one year and offers flexible working arrangements to balance gaining practical experience alongside academic commitments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Support Workers play a central role in providing personal care to individuals supported by the service, ensuring their well-being through assistance with meal preparation, hygiene, and other physical care needs. They actively collaborate in developing and achieving personalized care plans, fostering community involvement, and promoting social integration.
