Role overview
Omnilojo is hiring a Live Operations (Product Operations) Specialist to help run and improve live operations for mobile games. The role focuses on supporting version rollouts, handling live-service issues, and keeping everyday operations running smoothly.
You will partner closely with development teams, use data and performance signals to spot risks and opportunities, and suggest practical improvements that strengthen the player experience and overall game performance.
Key responsibilities
- Build a solid understanding of live operations processes for SLG games and take ownership of version-related execution work.
- Coordinate with development teams to monitor, manage, and close issues linked to version updates and live-service activity.
- Analyze game data and performance indicators to uncover product problems, perform detailed investigations, and recommend concrete fixes.
- Work across functions to make sure solutions are implemented effectively and that post-release outcomes are measured.
