Main Requirements
- Must reside on-site with a 60% rental discount
- Possession of valid Class 5 driver's license and personal vehicle
Role Responsibilities
- Engage empathetically with residents and demonstrate versatility by actively participating in cleaning and maintenance duties while taking full responsibility for site management
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends
- Manage rent collection processes and follow up on any payment defaults
- Conduct inspections of vacant and soon-to-be-vacant suites
- Handle lease arrangements and showcase available suites to potential residents
- Perform annual suite inspections
- Prepare and submit bank deposits efficiently
- Coordinate contractor schedules, ensuring adherence to contract conditions and completion timelines
- Assist with snow removal, cleaning tasks, and minor painting as needed
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline is advantageous
Technical Skills
- Competency with computers and preference for web-based programs
- Quick adaptability to evolving systems and new technological tools
- Experience with technology considered a plus

- Strong dedication to delivering top-tier customer service
- Accountability in decisions and actions with persistence to resolve issues
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Positive demeanor coupled with enthusiasm and assertiveness
- Physical capability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting
- Able to handle lifting/moving up to 10 kg with appropriate equipment
