Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Listing Executive in Ludhiana. The role centers on building, updating, and maintaining product catalogs across multiple online selling platforms while ensuring that all information remains accurate, compliant, and optimized for performance.

Core responsibilities

You will manage product listings across marketplaces and quick-commerce channels, work with internal teams to collect product details, and keep catalogs current through launches, promotions, and regular updates. The role also involves monitoring listing quality, inventory status, and platform compliance, then taking corrective action when issues are identified. You’ll be expected to maintain reports and documentation for stakeholders and support better visibility and conversion through listing optimization.

Requirements

The company is looking for someone with hands-on experience in e-commerce catalog work and product listing management on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and similar marketplaces. Strong attention to detail is important, along with familiarity with marketplace dashboards and seller tools. Qualifications

  • Experience in creating, updating, and maintaining product catalogs for online marketplaces.
  • Ability to manage product data accurately, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and category mapping.
  • Basic knowledge of marketplace SEO and listing optimization methods.
  • Familiarity with seller dashboards and tools used to track listing status, inventory, and compliance concerns.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for bulk uploads, cleanup, and reporting.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for working with marketing, operations, and brand teams.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving ability to identify and address listing errors, policy issues, and performance concerns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
