Key Responsibilities
- Manage and design high-performance, cutting-edge cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct monitoring, troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, optimize performance, and maintain thorough documentation of the cloud environment.
- Automate server provisioning, process workflows, and WordPress installation procedures.
- Occasionally provide third-level customer support.
- Act as a cross-disciplinary liaison across all digital operations and initiatives within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate highly organized work methods, reliability, and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Rapidly and enthusiastically learn new concepts and technologies.
- Stay connected within the digital community to anticipate future trends and integrate them proactively into daily work, ensuring the company remains competitive.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively prioritize tasks despite resource constraints, and commit personally to achieving set objectives.
- Have fundamental knowledge of Linux operating systems (CentOS, Red Hat, or CloudLinux), MySQL, and PHP-FPM.
- Optional skills include experience with WordPress, Plesk, and web servers such as NGINX or Apache.
- Background may include completed IT training, academic studies, professional IT experience, or relevant self-taught skills in Linux/server administration.
