Primary Responsibilities

- Oversee and improve the performance of LinkedIn hiring campaigns for optimal results.
- Ensure job listings are attention-grabbing and reach relevant candidates.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to accurately post job needs.
- Track and analyze post engagement and candidate response metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience managing LinkedIn job communications.
- Must have immediate availability to join.
- Own a personal laptop to perform job duties remotely.
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to meet posting demands.
