Position Overview
The LIMS Business Analyst plays a vital role in delivering Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions to clients, bridging the gap between end-users and developers.
Location and Contract
This is a permanent full-time position based in Mannheim, Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the crucial link between users and development teams to provide effective LIMS solutions.
- Translate user requirements into detailed functional specifications and assess feasibility.
- Assist with data migrations and master data setup activities.
- Manage acceptance testing with clients, document issues, and oversee their resolution.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to monitor schedules, deliverables, and scope changes.
- Support clients throughout implementation and transition phases, then hand over projects to support teams.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of professional experience and expertise in LIMS environments.
- Proficient in software requirements management.
- Fluent in German with excellent English skills.
