About the Company and Role
IIQAF Group, operating within the insurance sector in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is currently looking for a dependable and professional Light Vehicle Driver. This full-time position involves ensuring the safe and punctual transportation of personnel, clients, company documents, and materials, while strictly adhering to UAE traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company light vehicles safely for all business-related transit.
- Transport employees, executives, clients, visitors, and representatives to their required destinations.
- Handle the delivery and collection of insurance-related documents, contracts, policies, and confidential files.
- Utilize GPS navigation effectively to plan optimal routes and ensure timely arrivals.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks including fuel, oil, tire pressure, brakes, lighting, and fluid levels to maintain readiness.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is always roadworthy.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, maintenance needs, or traffic incidents without delay.
- Comply fully with UAE road safety laws, traffic rules, and company transportation policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess at least a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold a valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Category 3) with a clean driving history.
- Preferred prior experience as a Light Vehicle Driver, Company Driver, Corporate or Executive Driver, Chauffeur, Delivery Driver, or related roles.
- Demonstrate strong familiarity with Dubai and the surrounding Emirates' road systems and traffic laws.
- Proficient with GPS devices and navigation apps for route planning.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and preventive care inspections.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is considered an additional advantage.
