Lifting Assistant Personnel (AP) – Steel Structure Construction

About the Role

We are seeking multiple Lifting Assistant Personnel to contribute to steel structure construction projects. Positions are located on-site at steel structure construction sites, assigned per project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support steel structure lifting operations by organizing rigging, inspecting lifting equipment, and assisting in on-site signaling tasks.
• Work closely with the lifting supervisor to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project-specific procedures during lifting activities.
• Provide assistance with component alignment, temporary fixing, and related lifting tasks on site.
• Promptly report any irregular or unsafe conditions to maintain a secure working environment.
• Adhere to all project safety protocols and demonstrate disciplined conduct at the construction site.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid lifting-related qualification certificate, such as rigger or signalman certification.
• Approximately one year of fundamental experience in lifting work or steel structure construction.
• Good understanding of essential lifting safety standards and operational workflows.
• Physically capable of working outdoors in construction settings.
• Reliable, cooperative, and effective at working within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Prior involvement in large-scale steel structure projects.
• Ability to interpret basic drawings and understand component identification.
• Additional certifications, for example, working at heights.
