Qualifications and Skills

- Competent in interpreting and explaining complex insurance policies.
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain trustworthy client relationships.
- Familiarity and proficiency with insurance agency software systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range between $58,000 and $82,000, combining base pay and potential commissions.
